HR Manager (Up to $7000, HRIS implementation, SAP SuccessFactors)

Up to $7000, 3 Years Contract with AWS and 2-3 Months Variable Bonus (Yearly)
Healthcare Industry located at West, Near MRT stations
Proven Experiences in HRIS Implementation (Workday/SuccessFactors) is a MUST

Responsibilities:

Lead HRIS Transformation Project, moving from SAP on-premise to a cloud HR solution
Work closely with relevant parties to plan, design and execute the project plans
Provide guidance and facilitation to the project team to keep the project moving and achieve the deliverables within timeline
Provide strategic advice and consultation in the design and implementation of effective business processes, process improvements and approaches
Take an active role in identifying risks and managing issues including escalation and resolution
Work collaboratively with the project team to review and execute all change management and training activities
Ad-Hoc HR Projects

Requirements:

Degree Holder
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Proven success in previous HR System implementation projects
Experience with cloud HR implementation (Workday/SuccessFactors) is a must
