Regulatory Compliance Advisor – Global Financial Services Firm

The Role

My Client is a global Financial Services Firm and we are looking for a Compliance professional to join the team in Singapore. This is a new headcount due to their expansion plans in Asia, and you will be given the exposure across the Compliance function with proven leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities:

Implement and spearhead new Compliance framework within the business
Identity Compliance gaps and implement framework to mitigate gaps and risks.
Ensure that policies are in line with Regulatory requirements and provide advisory to the business.
Any other adhoc Compliance duties across the Group level
Maintain and build a Compliance culture in the firm

You must:

A bachelors degree in a reputable university
5 to 12 years of experience in a Compliance role – FICC / Commodities experience preferred
Strong understanding of regulations and brokerage rules
Be able to work independently, while also being a strong team player
