Senior BDM, Agency (ILP)

Join a well established life insurance business under their Distribution Division as Senior Business Development Manager. We are actively driving business growth across their agency distribution channel for key products as part of overall company strategy and direction. You will be responsible to achieve cluster business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by driving the sales force through effective management and prompt service support of cluster assigned and designated product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve the cluster yearly KPIs and growth in new business premiums through the development and implementation of Company & Department business plans and initiatives
Initiate regular meetings and communication sessions with cluster agency leaders and/ or potential producers to enhance their performance management, sales , recruitment results and business plans
Raise productivity, motivate and influence top producers and planners in taking positive actions to achieve personal and agency objectives and goals
Identify and develop future potential agency leaders and producers within the respective clusters
Manage the operational requirements of the field force and ensure that they are given full and appropriate logistic support & problem solving assistance in running their agency business
Ensure the agencies within the cluster comply with prevailing regulatory regulations and conduct their business in a professional and competent manner

Key Requirements

Possess a Degree qualification from a recognized institution
Demonstrate relevant experience in agency sales and/or business development within financial services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
Performance management driven
Strong team player, willing to work hard, learn and be adaptable
High level of integrity, individual who takes accountability and ownership
