Apply: Senior Litigation Lawyer (5-8 PQE)

My client, a leading international law firm in Hong Kong with a well-established Disputes practice in Asia, seeks a Senior Disputes Lawyer as part of their expansion strategy in Asia.
 
The team advises on a wide array of domestic and cross-border litigation, as well as in international arbitrations across numerous jurisdictions. They act for clients across varied sectors and have advised on international arbitration under various ruling including HKIAC, ICC, UNCITRAL, etc.
 
In addition, the team also acts for both MNCs and Individuals on complex cross-border investigations across Asia with a focus on financial services, technology (as well as other highly regulated sectors) industry.
 
This is an excellent opportunity for Mid-Level Associates who are keen to step up into a Senior position, where you get more autonomy in handling cases and you'll also be expected to provide guidance to juniors in the team as and when required.
 
Requirements:

• HK Qualification is mandatory
• 5-8 PQE, gained from a top tier local/international law firm
• Ideally have experience in both Commercial Litigation & International Arbitration
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage disputes cases independently
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
