Junior Shipping & International Trade Lawyer (1-3 PQE)

With a leading practice in Asia, my client is presently seeking a Junior England & Wales Qualified solicitor to join their shipping & international trade practice here in Singapore.

In this team, the partner advises clients from the shipping & commodity sector on a wide range of matters (both contentious & non-contentious including advising on multijurisdictional arbitrations proceedings including SIAC, ICC, LCIA, LMAA.

The team also advises on advisory aspects such as charterparties agreements, sale & purchase agreements, bills of lading, etc.

*Client is open to relocating the right candidate for the role*

Requirements:

UK/Common Law Qualification strongly preferred
Shipping & International Trade Experience will be essential for this role
Strong technical understanding of shipping laws
All-rounder with both contentious and transactional experience will be ideal
