The role:
This is a full-time permanent opportunity in Springvale for an experienced, energetic and reliable person with a drive for creating an exceptional customer experience. We are seeking candidates who can demonstrate experience in data input accuracy, following processes designed to provide a consistently high standard of service, an inquisitive sense to take action when things don’t seem right and someone who takes pride in the contribution they make to the team culture and achievements. Tasks performed will include order processing, reporting, credits, data entry, and responding to customer inquiries. An organised yet flexible approach will help respond to demands around the specific cut off times each day with minimal stress. We are also developing a capability for outbound calls for account management of regional customer sites and warm leads designed to ensure we have the most appropriate products to match the customer’s needs.

Responsibilities:
You will be working in an environment that has developed processes delivered across routine and sometimes unexpected situations and an excellent eye for detail and a high level of accuracy will minimise any negative impacts on our customers. Your passion for providing an outstanding B2B customer experience will be integral in promoting our Customer Service team as a competitive advantage for our business.
 
You will demonstrate a positive and professional can-do attitude, excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work equally well as a team member or autonomously. Previous SAP experience a plus but not mandatory.
 
Daily tasks:
Processing of Credits through CRM
Reporting
Data entry into SAP
Responding to emails using Task allocation programs
Providing quotes and information about current products and promotions
A small number of Outbound calls
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders 
 
Possess following qualities:
Must have work in a similar capacity in previous employment
Customer service experience
Strong attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills
Capable, self-managed and highly organised
Experience working to a process and can multi-task
