We are working with an ASX listed engineering company looking to hire a new Non-Executive Director for the board.  The role is open due to a director taking on a new role elsewhere.  The role requires attending approximately 10 board meetings and serving on at least one board committee per year – and associated preparation – and some interstate travel is anticipated depending on location.  The role may require attendance in monthly conference calls for management, financial reporting and general compliance issues.
 
Profile

You will have already been or are a NED within ASX listed companies, and be able to highlight how you have helped with developing successful company strategies and command strong financial acumen in dealing with company accounts.  Other personal attributes looking for are integrity, emotional intelligence, collaborative yet curious and courageous.  Lastly sound commercial judgment and instinct.  Having experience working within the Engineering industry will be highly desirable.
