Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Role:
Sales Development Representative (SDR) role with a background screening firm in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking
Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other channels, ensuring they are qualified and supported
Regularly update sales activity and progress, providing insights into pipeline health and market insights.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in sales of lead generation, preferably within the B2B space
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets, with a focus on qualifying and setting appointments for the sales team
Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales tools (e.g. LinkedIn)
