The Role:

Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a senior real estate lawyer in their real estate team in Hong Kong. You will be providing professional advice to property investors, developers, landlords and tenants, and financial institutions. You will be focusing on property related transactions.

Requirements:

Min 5 PQE + Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
Solid experience in the conveyancing
Strong command in English and Chinese
