Client Details
Our client is known internationally for its stunning luxury products and the beautiful events they arrange for their clients. Events now in full swing, they are hosting both nationally and internationally from large scale to Boutique. This is an incredible role for someone who is a master at creating exquisit, beautiful moments in time, delivering exceptional client experiences all through the journey from outreach to execution to post event experience.
Description
· Event planning and execution, producing run sheets, briefing the operations team, liaising with suppliers and overseeing all event details and logistics
· Responsible for creating annual events calendar and driving new sales event opportunities
· Management of client expectations and ensuring the best possible experience
· Communication with all relevant departments of the business
· Assessing sponsorship requests and responding in a timely and appropriate manner
· Liaising and managing external production companies to execute large scale events
· Manage internal communication around the event calendar and provide event briefs to all stakeholders
· Assist and support the Partnerships & Events Manager with the execution of strategic partnerships
· Deliver effective ROI & budget documents
· As an ambassador for the brand, ensure all communication is reflective of the brand vision and values
· Responsible for client experiences and ensuring all expectations are met or surpassed
· Assist PR & Comms Manager with requests
· Manage budgets for all events & promotions
· Implement post event analysis (including ROI)
Profile
You will have exceptional presentation both personally and in your written and verbal communication, you have experience with high volume of events and are a project management master. Outstanding attention to detail and flawless execution is a must to maintain the luxury of this brand. It goes without saying that your time management is a key strength as is your creativity and ability to engage stakeholders both internally and externally as well as engage with clients who are often high net-worth individuals.
