A new Fintech set up is hiring for a Senior Audit Manager to join the team based in Singapore. This is a global role with HQ in Singapore.
 
As a critical team member, you will work with Head of Audit (HoA) to come up with audit plans for firm by understanding the business and processes. You will oversee the delivery of high quality audits and take ownership over the design and implementation of audits. You should take initiative to building a strong partnership with the business, yet remain independent as an Audit function.
 
The ideal candidate would come from an Internal Audit background (or governance/risk), with exposure to Fintech and emerging Technologies, and be able to deal with fluidity of the changing business. As this is a new set up, you will not be given structured plans, but the HoA will also rely on you and your expertise to decide on how best to conduct audits. Candidates with strong technology background would be highly advantageous, i.e. Information and Cyber Security, Data Management, etc.
