PTW Issuing Authority - Offshore

We are currently recruiting a PTW Issuing Authority (offshore) for a Global Oil & Gas Operator in Perth, WA to start ASAP.

This role will be based in Perth CBD to start, followed by offshore (3/3 roster) & the successful candidate will be a responsible leader to ensure the safe and efficient execution of the HUC scope, specifically working in PTW administration.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct all activities in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures always Ensuring the welfare of personnel and the protection of assets and the environment.
  • Actively participate in HSE meetings, audits and initiatives.
  • Understands all HSE protocols and procedures
  • Use and apply PTW control at appropriate level of authority within the system.
  • Understands commitments and responsibilities under Safety Case requirements.
  • Complete handovers clearly and logically using “pro forma” documentation and communicate Issow/PTW status accurately.
  • Effectively manage PTW interface between project and operations teams in line with behavioral and technical expectations
Planning:
  • Responsible for assisting with preparation of Project implementation and commissioningwork-packs for HUC.
  • Responsible for administration of PTW for all HUC activities.
Technical Expertise:
  • Demonstrated experience administering PTW systems
  • Applies knowledge to the accomplishment of daily tasks
  • Knowledgeable in regards to Offshore Production facilities and risks involved with operations
  • Achieved Cert. level 3 in Process Plant Operations or equivalent experience demonstrated
  • Fully competent Issuing Authority with experience in oil and gas (pref offshore)
  • Permit to Work Engica (ISSoW) /  Bluebeam / SAP experience preferred.
