Apply: Senior Business Analyst – Regulatory & Privacy

Our client is a financial services organisation with a focus to transform the way they deliver excellence and innovation. We currently have a need for a  Senior Business Analyst with AML & Compliance experience to undergo a new and exciting piece of work.

You will be integral to helping its vision by playing a key role in analysis and assessment of the existing risk management frameworks and ensuring they are in compliance financial regulations.

You will be adept at supporting end-to-end on projects in a fast-paced, collaborative and heavily-regulated environment and you will be highly process driven with exceptional stakeholder management and customer-centricity. You will contribute to uplifting a range of enterprise capabilities that will support better financial crime risk management outcomes. This will improve outcomes by harmonising risk management practices, automating processes, enhancing data quality and management across the group.

To be considered for this role you will require;

• Previous Financial Crime and/or KYC, AML, Sanctions, Trade Surveillance experience in the capacity of a Senior Business Analyst
• Experience performing problem analysis, root cause analysis and technical deep dives
• Risk management controls and Compliance frameworks 
• Experience with structured business analysis techniques (i.e. user stories, use cases, etc.) to appropriately modify according to the decided methodology (i.e. Agile, Waterfall) in use
• Data analysis skills, including strong Excel skills (and other advanced techniques)
• Ability to effectively engage, influence and manage expectations from stakeholders.
