Recruitment Operations Co-ordinator (Federal Government)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Recruitment Operations Co-Ordinator to join our Federal Government team on a casual contract fulll time or 4 days a week for 12 month maternity leave cover. 
 
This role can be based in Sydney, Canberra or Melbourne. 

Reporting to the Recruitment Delivery Manager, this role plays a critical part in supporting recruitment delivery across our national portfolio by enabling our client-facing teams to operate at their best.
 
About the Role
Your primary objective will be to support the Recruitment Delivery Manager and Recruitment Delivery Leads with operational and administrative excellence to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality operational and administrative support to the Federal Government team
  • Manage placements within the CRM and other Government platforms
  • Write and post job advertisements across multiple platforms
  • Ensure deliverables are met in line with agreed SLAs
  • Maintain compliance with Chandler Macleod policies and external OHS requirements
  • Review candidate documentation with a high level of accuracy and compliance focus
  • Build strong internal networks to drive efficient solutions and support
  • Respond to client and candidate queries promptly and take ownership through to resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and database systems
 
About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Previous administration experience (recruitment industry highly desirable)
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a strong delivery mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Advanced capability in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Previous experience in Bullhorn highly desired 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
