Apply: Senior Solution Architect - ServiceNow

As part of a major initiative to set-up ServiceNow across a large enterprise organisation, we're looking to engage a Snr Solution Architect to take a leadership role and help provide a road map and strategy on the best solution for the organisation.
The role partners with a newly established project team to ensure effective delivery of enterprise wide technology solutions, which will initially focus on the set-up of ServiceNow, but will also include tools such as Confluence and Jira.  

Key responsibilities include:
  • Provide input to the strategic direction of technology investments to assist in the development of the solution architecture and maximise the return on technology investment
  • Within the agreed enterprise architecture, define and design technology solutions to assist the business in meeting their business objectives
  • Be a primary point of contact for all solution design and implementation risks/issues and ensure project team is on the right track implementing, testing and deploying recommended / approved solutions in time and within agreed quality standards
  • Develop cost and benefit analysis for recommended solutions and assist in developing quality business cases and other commercial documents required as part of project deliverables
  • Engage relevant stakeholders, understand business problems and align technology solutions ensuring business and technology risks are mitigated in a timely fashion
What we're looking for:
  • Demonstrable previous experience working on a ServiceNow set-up or implementation, developing solutions architecture, business and systems requirements, and technical design and analysis.
  • Exposure to working in an Agile / Scrum environment desirable.
  • Experience and knowledge of industry standard development methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Experience working on Jira / Confluence related projects
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in Computer Science / Information Technology
