A well-performing regional bank is looking for a Relationship Manager at VP/SVP level to join their growing Corporate Banking team.
 
As a senior RM in the team, you will manage junior RMs in the team and ensure that clients are serviced well across all Corporate Banking products, from Trade and Cash Management to FX and Money Markets products. You will work with your team to deliver results, interacting with business partners and stakeholders including sales and other teams like the Product and Structuring SMEs to maximize share of wallet.
 
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 10-15 years experience Corporate Banking and must have exposure servicing large corporate clients/Asian MNCs. Even though this is a coverage RM role, being a team lead, you will need to come from a strong credit background, moving into a farmer role, and comfortable in the capacity as a hunter due to the need to hunt for the team. This is a high performing team seeking a self-starter and someone with very strong communication skills to deal with large clients. A solid foundation and understanding of products will be a pre-requisite.
