Senior Manager – 3PL Center of Excellence

We have an exciting role with a Global manufacturer of health care products, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices, who are looking to hire a Senior Manager for 3PL Centre of Excellence for the management of their regional warehousing and distribution operations. This new role offers a great opportunity to join and expanding team in their medical devices business unit with great prospect for promotion and growth.

As a Senior Manager of 3PL Center of Excellence your primary functions will be to strengthen functional expertise, improve operational capabilities, efficiency & excellence. You will strive to drive strategic initiatives, Supplier Relationship Management, Strategic Supplier program development and Logistics Supplier performance improvement. You will be responsible for the strengthening of Warehousing and Distribution Excellence, drive process and operational improvements, by leading 3PL performance improvement initiatives.

This position requires an experienced and qualified professional with a degree qualification in Business, Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, Operations Research/Management Science, or a related field as well as experience in project management, logistics, supply chain or related areas is preferred. There is a preference for prior experience in the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry or in a 3PL contract logistics company as well strong knowledge of transportation and Warehouse operational processes and systems (SAP, WMS, TMS etc).
