Experiences in Utilities Efficiency and Sustainable Solutions

Responsibilities:

Build relationship with existing Clients and establish new Accounts through providing expert advice in the area of utilities efficiency and other sustainable solutions
Develop products offerings in the area of Sustainable Solutions (e.g. Chiller Replacements with Guaranteed Performance Contract)
Develop pipeline for projects in the area of utilities efficiency and other sustainable solutions such as upcycling of waste streams
Develop proposals and drive sales of Sustainable Solutions products and services
Collaborate with colleagues of different business units to cross sell other products and services
Liaise with contractors & suppliers with regards to ACMV/ Energy Improvement projects
Knowledge of Industry players and partners is critical
Managing team in Project Management and Execution
Oversee and support site manpower in ACMV, HVAC and Control System installations
Presentations both internal and external

Requirements:

Engineering Degree
Minimum 5 years’ experience in utilities efficiency and other sustainable solutions
Green Mark Certifications
Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM) is added advantage
Good presentation and interpersonal skills
Deep knowledge in Guaranteed Performance Contracts
