 Key Responsibilities
  • Process high‑volume accounts payable invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Perform three‑way matching, coding, batching, and data entry
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Manage the AP inbox and respond to supplier queries
  • Assist with month‑end processes and reporting
  • Collaborate with site teams, procurement, and finance stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and mining industry standards
Skills & Experience
  • Mandatory: Demonstrated experience using Pronto (essential for this role)
  • Previous experience in mining, resources, or heavy industry highly regarded
  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end accounts payable processes
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in a high‑volume environment
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
