  • Experiences in operations support eg auditor engagement, risk reports preparation and event management in healthcare setting

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and administer the nomination of awards (as award secretariat) and support the planning for Quality Day event.
  • Conduct regular review of standards & maintain a repository of relevant resources and international standards for sharing and learning.
  • Plan for Standard trainings and organise resources, administrative and logistics supports for audits and trainings.
  • Half yearly, prepare and review a set of indicators for clinical risk reporting as part of reporting to governance.
  • Prepare  relevant quality/ safety reports with proposal/ recommendation and support leadership to review policies, initiatives, etc
  • Provide assistance & follow-up on initiatives and programs related to patient safety & risk management.
  • Perform planned activities such as Quality Day and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Superviso
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in operations support, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Professional Healthcare License preferred, e.g. Pharmacist, Nurse etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  • Possess good organization, project management and preferably with data analytical and good writing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in working with different groups of stakeholders
  • Team-player, demonstrates excellent team spirit and skills
  • Ability to  handle  and  manage stressful situations and work independently under pressure
  • Self-motivated, creative and possess the passion to contribute to the regional healthcare system
