The Company:
Our client, a reputable global insurance brokerage is seeking a Employee Benefits Insurance Broker to join their growing team in Singapore to enhance their business. This role with report to the Team Lead, Client Management.

Responsibilities:

Focus on client servicing, retention, and renewal of accounts (across SME to Jumbo Accounts)
Analysing medical claims as well as suggesting appropriate insurance solutions to your clients
Assisting the claims team in addition to creating and delivering employee communication plans

Requirements:

A confident team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Client Management/EB broking
University graduate ideally in addition to relevant insurance qualifications
Strong knowledge of employee benefits products
Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage budget and growth.
Additional language skills in Mandarin would be advantageous.
