What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome & Assist: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and handle reception tasks from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Efficient Management: Oversee courier orders, deliveries, office supplies, and ensure a clean, functional office environment.
  • Scheduling: Book meeting rooms and organise catering where necessary
  • Administrative Assistance: Take on any tasks designated by the property services team
  • Event Coordination: Set up for and coordinate monthly office events, ensuring a great experience for all.
