Position Title  :   JIRA Administrator
Till   :   2 months
Pay Rate  :   AUD 110 ex super per hour 
Hours of Work  :   8 hours p/d
Location  :   Sydney CBD
MUST HAVE : Jira Service Management configuration
Knowledge & Experience:

- Deep expertise in Jira Service Management configuration, administration, and optimisation.
- Strong working knowledge of ITIL4 framework and its application to service desk operations.
- Proven ability to implement service request, incident, problem, and change management workflows within JSM.
- Understanding of service desk KPIs and reporting needs to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with Jira Service Management at an administrator level.
- Strong understanding of ITSM principles and the ability to apply ITIL4-aligned processes within JSM.
Demonstrated ability to assess current state systems and provide clear, actionable improvement recommendations.
Ability to configure workflows, SLAs, forms, automations, and queues based on business needs.
