Finance Manager/Director – Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) Firm

We are looking for a Finance Manager/Director to be part of a growing PERE firm in Singapore. This is an exciting opportunity, suitable for an individual who is looking for a hands-on role.

The client is a growing PERE firm in Asia with offices in more than 8 countries and an AUM of USD1.5B.

Key responsibilities include:

Corporate level finance management - group financial reporting, consolidation, statutory financial and tax reporting.
Liaise with external auditors and manage audit process across head office and portfolio companies.
FP&A – manage financial budgets and review portfolio companies’ budget and actual financial report.
Work with outsourced accounting providers to ensure accuracy of data across different finance functions.
Work with the investment team to manage the capital call process, ensuring the business has sufficient funds for pipelined deals.
Provide finance transaction support during investment and exit process for the business’ assets - documentation on board approval, resolution drafting, NAV verification reviews.
Any other adhoc and special projects

Successful candidate’s background:

Degree in Accounting and other professional certifications such as CA/CPA is preferred.
At least 8 years of relevant finance experience in a PERE/private equity or other relevant funds space.
Must be familiar with IFRS Accounting and have a good understanding of US GAAP.
