Apply: Technical Recruiter (3 month project)

We are seeking excellent Tech Recruiter who will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies for various technology-focused roles as part of a 3-month project. This individual will partner closely with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to support sourcing, screening, and onboarding across multiple ongoing recruitment projects. The role offers exposure to a broad spectrum of tech hiring needs within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and tech roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and align on hiring priorities.
Actively source candidates using job boards, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative methods.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and ensure accurate reporting on hiring progress.
Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit based on technical and cultural alignment.
Coordinate interview logistics and provide a smooth candidate experience.
Contribute to ad-hoc hiring projects as needed, including market mapping and pipeline building.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and potentially with external stakeholders (clients or project leads).

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in tech or IT recruitment (in-house, RPO, or agency).
Strong sourcing capabilities and understanding of the local Singapore tech talent market.
Able to manage multiple roles and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
Prior experience working in a project-based or consulting environment is a plus.
