My client is a renowned brand in the investment funds and asset management space. Working in a collegial team, this will be an excellent inhouse opportunity for a junior candidate with relevant experience looking to move inhouse

You will have:

Min 2-3 PQE
Experience providing fund offering documents, investment management agreements, ISDA, Investment advisory agreement, brokerage, Distribution and subscription agreements
Providing practice solutions while working with the busines
Sound understanding of funds related work

Candidates with experience working with fund houses, retail fund managers, fund and wealth management legal practices are encouraged to apply
