Our Constellation Drive team are on the hunt for some retail superstars, and we have multiple positions available as a Storeroom Person/Sales Associate & Delivery Driver!

As a PETstock Delivery Driver with us, you will:
  • Deliver orders to customers at their desired locations, in a timely, safe manner
  • Checking orders before delivery to ensure that the correct products have been packed, and that charges are accurate
  • Maintaining the vehicle clean and in excellent condition
  • Load vehicle, or help others with loading and unloading
  • Operating any loading-related equipment, and using other equipment as necessary such as forklift
  • Maintain logs of working hours and of vehicle service and repair status, following applicable regulations
  • Performing other duties, as directed from time to time by your Manager provided that such duties are within the competency of the nominated role.

 As a PETstock Storeroom Person/Sales Assistant, you will:
  • Be responsible for stock management including stock health, stock ordering, stock replenishment, general stock management along with assisting in managing deliveries & customer orders
  • Provide exceptional customer service where you & your customer will have memorable & meaningful interactions
  • Through the knowledge you gain, inspire & educate customers on the best care & products for their pets
  • Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set sales KPI’s
  • Work as a team to make sure the store is looking its best at all the times, ensuring all the latest stock is on the shelves
  • Be proactive in making sure you keep your knowledge up to date on pet care, products and services we provide
  • Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work every day

What we need from you:
  • A current, full New Zealand Driver’s License (Delivery Driver role)
  • Demonstrated high level of safety on the road and in workplace (Delivery Driver role)
  • Ability to use a smart device for Delivery Management System
  • Be comfortable safety unloading deliveries
  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to be flexible in order to meet changing work conditions
  • Ability to prioritise and manage conflicting priorities
  • Ability to drive safe Work, Health & Safety practices
 
As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to provide a copy of your full driver’s licence, show a clean driving history, and undergo a Ministry of Justice Criminal check.
