Permanent headcount, Vietnam (HCM) based
Salary details as rough guide only: USD120-140k annum base + VB on top

Responsibilities would include:

Support and lead origination, structuring and execution efforts of M&A deals
Strong financial modelling background; to construct financial models, evaluate performance and analyzing impact of different capital structures and potential transactions
Perform extensive valuation & pricing analysis, financial analysis using different methods eg. DCF
Pitching, preparing and delivering presentations
Support senior MDs
Take primary responsibilities for deal execution of transactions, across various sectors and participate in cross-border transactions
Good stakeholder management and able to liaise with different internal / external stakeholders
Delivering holistic advice to clients
Mentoring and training junior analysts and associate level bankers

Profile of Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
6-10 years of relevant experience in Investment banking / M&A/ Corporate Finance advisory (Title and pay will be given accordingly)
Mandatory: Native Vietnamese as candidate is based in HCM and has to deal with local clients here
Ability to perform under pressure and thrive in a high intensity environment
Team player, able to work in small teams, family culture
Strong work ethics and excellent learning / work attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision
Detail oriented with good financial analysis skills
Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
Strong problem solving skills
