Monthly Payroll Processing for employees
Maintaining and updating employee data and ensuring proper documentation
Assist in yearly submission of IR8A for all employees and IR21 income tax clearance for resigning foreign workers
Responsible for all government statutory claim submissions for eligible employees, including NS Make-Up Pay, Government-Paid Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, Shared Parental Claims and others
Assist in work passes application

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years relevant experience in handling payroll & work pass application
Committed, meticulous, able to work both independently and as team player
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding and knowledge of Employment Act
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
