An initial 12 month contract for several Senior Network Specialists with a large Telco in Melbourne's CBD. These roles will be involved in an exciting, increasingly Agile 'new/networks ways of working' environment!

Key Aims
  • Lead role in the 'Networks Ways of Working' (NWOW) Team, driving success with the introduction of Agile and DevOps Methodology Framework across the Networks Business Unit
  • Lead role in the development of NWOW Program documentation, focussing on ToolChain for Networks and NWOW Program Playbook
  • Lead role in assessing tool solutions and developing aspects of the ToolChain to support NWOW program.

Key Accountabilities
  • Design, build, install, integrate and maintain multiple complex network technologies, and systems and their interaction with processes and systems to deliver products and services to customer business units. With a focus on technologies (tools) required for teams to operate under 'Networks Ways of Working' Frameworks
  • Translate customer (internal, external or regulatory) needs and requirements, using technical principles into realisable products, services, or systems and/or networks infrastructure in a timely, quality and cost effective way to ensure operability
  • Assess capability of solutions (vendor or internal) and offerings to meet business requirements and manage vendor technology delivery
  • Make technology investment and business asset recommendations and assessments based on extensive knowledge of 'new ways of working' (NWOW) and new and emerging technologies.
