About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide administrative support across multiple mining projects. This is a part-time opportunity working up to 24 hours per week, ideally across 3 full days. Days are negotiable for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level project and administrative support to project managers and technical teams
  • Maintain project documentation, registers, and tracking tools
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and coordinating meetings
  • Prepare and format project-related documents and presentations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and governance standards
About You:
  • Previous experience in a project administration or project support role
  • Exposure to the mining, engineering, or resources sector highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management systems
