Description
Every member of the Procurement Team works hard to ensure the best outcomes are achieved. As a Procurement Specialist you will be required to have a strategic approach and an ability to make an informed commercial decision to deliver success. You will work closely with your Procurement Manager to create and execute best-in-class procurement solutions across your areas of responsibility and category spend remit. This role will be highly visible internally and will work collaboratively with a wide range of internal stakeholders and senior decision makers; as such you will need to be able to work constructively with non-procurement colleagues to add commercial value and act as an ambassador for the Procurement Function. 

Profile
You will have experience working with a procurement team. You are likely to be a candidate who has a highly developed procurement analyst, procurement coordinator or buyer profile, who is looking to move to the next level of influence and responsibility. You will be adept at spend analysis, supplier performance reviews and have an exposure to category management. With a solid grounding and appreciation of what procurement is, you are looking to progress your career within a top tier organisation. As such, you will be approachable, engaging and articulate. You will have a determined approach and a keenness to succeed. You will exhibit a professional demeanour that impresses with your crisp thinking, clear communication and understanding of what a great procurement team can deliver.
