Key role responsibilities include;
Research the latest thinking in customer insights and develop a successful internal and cross industry network to produce thought leadership and content for key audiences.
Assist in the preparation of local and global reporting requirements.
Report into the Senior Customer Strategy & Insights Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of Customer Experience.
Work closely with the Senior Customer Strategy & Insights Manager and Head of Customer Experience in the management of the Voice of Customer program.
Uncover unique insights and implement value-adding enhancements and initiatives in-line with the key objective of creating the fastest, easiest and most caring life insurance experience for customers and partners.
Assist in the project management, development, execution, analysis and presentation of customer and partner research to support the VoC program, including participation in customer - centered design test and learn activities.
Assist in the development in and implementation of specific customer experience initiatives to deliver improved customer experiences across multiple channels.
Work collaboratively with internal clients and external partners.
Key background, can include;
Exposure within financial services
Knowledge of Net Promoter Score (NPS) and customer surveying tools
Ability to translate data and information into actionable insights for the business
Project management skills with a high attention to detail and an ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects with little assistance
Strong verbal and written skills
