Rewards Specialist

An exciting opportunity to work a regional rewards role in a well-established water technology company.
Be involved in analysis and modelling on rewards data.
Oversee the entire region and coordinate with business partners in each country to ensure global rewards practices are aligned.

A reputable water technology company is looking to hire a Rewards Partner to lead their regional rewards practice.

Main Responsibilities:

Perform analysis and modelling on rewards data such as yearly increments, bonuses, incentives and merits.
Coordinate with each country to ensure global rewards are being rolled out per country at the same time.
Use a variety of external sources and partnerships to collate market trends and averages on rewards, industry norms etc.
Oversee the regional presence across around 25 countries within Oceania, China/North Asia, Africa, South East Asia and India.

Requirements:

Prior experience in rewards and having rolled out rewards projects either locally, regionally or globally.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be comfortable with early/late calls with the US.
Excellent presentation skills.
