We are now looking for Mechanical Engineers/Package Responsible Engineers to join our expanding team in Kristiansand, Norway.

Our team of close to 60 highly specialized and experienced multidisciplinary engineering professionals is keen to collaborate with you on the A-Z execution of our clients’ projects where you are certain to have an individual impact on the sustainable transformation of the energy sector!  

Responsibilities and Tasks covered by the discipline:

• Plan, execute, and co-ordinate technical procurement follow-up activities for mechanical equipment
• Execute and co-ordinate supplier documents and drawing reviews
• Execute the mechanical completion (MC)
• Attend factory acceptance testing (FAT) of mechanical equipment and packages
• Prepare the equipment list
• Conduct interface coordination with other engineering disciplines, client and suppliers
• Attend co-ordination and engineering review meetings as per project requirements
• Select mechanical equipment during FEED phase
• Travel may be required when needed

Desired Qualifications and Personal Attributes:

• You have three years of relevant experience, preferably, and a technical degree (fagbrev), bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related technical field of study. Graduates are encouraged to apply
• You have sound knowledge of relevant standards, regulation and design codes for onshore / offshore facilities and renewable energy projects
• You have a multidisciplinary understanding of engineering project execution
• You are a flexible and motivated team player focused on continued improvement
• You are engaged in finding the best solutions and delivering quality results
• You are professionally proficient in English, both written and verbal, and have sufficient verbal Norwegian skills
• You are a clear and concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills
