Lift Maintenance Technician (Up to $2400, Permanent, Possess Own Bike)

Permanent Position with AWS and Variable Bonus
Possess Own Bike

Responsibilities:

Carry out lift testing, lift routing servicing, maintenance, night standby, replacement of lift parts and repair works. Attend to lift complaints.
Carry out lift inspection, annual and 5 year load testing, attend to lift related complaints, checking and certification of part replace by lift companies, etc.

Requirements

NITEC in Building / Engineering or related
Able to use email/excel
Experiences in lift repair and maintenance works
Possess motor-cycle license and with personal vehicle
Willing to perform overnight standby to attend to emergency calls
