We are currently recruiting for a Senior Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst to support bank-wide financial planning, performance analysis, and KPI reporting. This role offers broad exposure across Bank, Business Line, and Business Unit (B.U.) levels and is well suited to an early-career finance professional looking to deepen their commercial and analytical skill set within a banking environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of the annual budget at Bank, Business Line, and Business Unit levels.
  • Support the review, monitoring, and analysis of budget execution to inform management decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing financial performance analysis across the Bank, Business Lines, and Business Units, including supporting Business Units with product-level analysis.
  • Prepare data analysis relating to pricing and asset and liability management (ALM), providing insights to Business Units and senior management.
  • Assist in coordinating and executing financial KPI performance reviews across the Bank and Business Units.
  • Monitor KPI progress and prepare regular performance analysis and reporting.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 1-3 years’ experience within the banking industry, retail/corporate banking, or a similar financial services environment.
  • 3+ years’ professional experience in accounting or finance.
  • Strong ability to plan, organise, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to use effective questioning techniques to understand business needs.
  • Solid technical skills in excel and data analysis tools.
  • Strong problem-solving capability and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
