Apply: Digital Learning Specialist

The Role

Our client is a high-profile public Organisation.
The digital Learning Specialist will establish learning content standards and templates and will lead the design and development of online content and digital learning materials to support the delivery of new technology and products. This role works closely with the Organisational Change team, technical resources on the projects and the central Learning and Development team to ensure materials are delivered and managed in the centalised LMS.
 
The successful candidate will demonstrate
 
Solid project based  instructional design skills from needs analysis, scope development, design specifications, curriculum development and assessment modules
Good understanding of UX concepts and experience developing wireframes, user flows and conceptual designs
Experience in video capture and editing software
Experience in graphic Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or Premiere is higly regarded
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise with excellent communication skills
Relevant degree and/or professional qualifications
