New role available for a Senior Technical Lead in the Mobile team for a leading financial services organisation in Sydney CBD.

This role is permanent and can offer up to $165K + super.

This opportunity involves working on a banking application (iOS and Android Development from scratch), mentoring, high level stakeholder management and leading the development of components of the overall app architecture (high level and detailed technical definition and design).

Experience required:
  • Technical leadership and mentoring
  • Hands-on experience developing robust native Android with Kotlin and iOS apps with Swift
  • Expert knowledge of Android (Kotlin) or iOS (Swift) development
  • An expert with Android SDK and XCode 11 and as well as up to date with most modern Android and iOS development practices
  • Familiar with JSON and REST based APIs
  • Understanding of package management tools
  • Previous experience of working with Agile methodology
  • Knowledge of tvOS, watchOS and iOS app extensions a bonus
  • Kotlin multiplatform knowledge a bonus
  • Experience with CI/CD and exposure to testing automation
  • Sound enterprise application architecture experience in design patterns, concurrency and performance
