Make a difference by joining a 25-year-old successful organisation to support their HR function. You will report directly to the Manager People, Culture and Wellbeing and be responsible for end to end recruitment activities and attraction, including HR generalist duties.  
 
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and making job offers.
• Develop and oversee new hires, onboarding and the employee termination process.
• Conduct effective HR practices including but not limited to staffing, employee relations, performance management, and other related activities.
• Lead and drive HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities.

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• Min 5 years' Human Resources experience
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail
• A team player with the ability to work well under pressure and work effectively with all key stakeholders
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, ER, and best practices

You will require a NPC and WWCC or willing to obtain one.  This is a 12 month temporary position and the hourly rate will be inclusive of loading.
