Role Overview:
As a Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technical landscape for our key accounts. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, you will lead the design, delivery, and evolution of complex IT solutions across networking, cloud infrastructure, and unified communications. This is a senior leadership role with responsibilities spanning pre-sales, solution development, and ongoing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Client Partner and Account Director to develop and implement long-term technical strategies that drive business growth.
• Own the end-to-end solution design, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and industry best practices.
• Maintain and evolve a three-year technology roadmap in collaboration with key client stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams through critical phases of solution delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage technical governance and risk mitigation processes.
• Provide leadership during critical service events, ensuring effective resolution and continuous improvement.
• Support vendor selection processes and integration of third-party solutions where necessary.
• Represent the company as the primary technical interface with client executives, including up to CIO level.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience as a Design Architect, with a strong track record in large-scale IT transformation projects.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Software Defined Networking, Unified Communications, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network Security.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing virtual teams and complex technical projects.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at executive levels.
• Commercial acumen and experience managing financial targets.
• Familiarity with vendor ecosystems and experience in vendor selection and management.
