Our client is a significant NSW government organisation. The Project Manager will work with the business to deliver a range of commitments and policy initiatives to expand and improve government services in that sector.
The Project Manager is supported by a multi-disciplinary team to assist in scope and delivery.
 
Skills and Experience required
  • Demonstrated experience in end to end project delivery of policy intiatives or business services solutions
  • Government experience in a policy implementation context or similar is essential
  • Strong practical experience across all phases of the delivery - scoping, planning, reporting to delivery in complex environments with multiple inter dependencies
  • Proven ability to lead project teams in matrix based environments
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills and the ability to manage a wide range of stakeholder
  • Ability to oblem solve and provide advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery in line with established plans and policy objectives
  • Ability to travel occassionaly to regional ares (day travel)
