Our client provides value-add, pro-active tax, business and personal advisory services and are seeking to hire a fantastic Business Services | Advisory Senior Accountant 

Description 
As a Business Services | Advisory Senior, you will be responsible for: 
  • Preparation of compliance assignments including income tax, BAS and FBT returns plus related state and Federal tax obligation documentation
  • Preparation of special purpose and general purpose financial reports
  • Direct communication with clients and statutory bodies (ATO, ASIC, State Revenue Offices)
  • Ability to work in an environment where you will have responsibility for various assignments at any one time and deadlines pending
  • Ability and desire to train, mentor, assist more junior staff
  • Being pro-actively involved in the development of your clients as well as the firm itself
 
 
Profile
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • CA or CPA qualification
  • Strong understanding of Xero/MYOB software
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A desire to achieve whilst considering your fellow team members at all times
  • The ability to meet deadlines and identify and deal with issues as they arise
