Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities
  • Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes and contract claims
  • Oversee the preparation and monitoring of project cost budget, cash-flow cash-flow for project, track changes in design/construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
  • Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment
  • Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers
  • Ensure timely finalization of main and subcontract
  • Verify contractor's claims for variations and payments
  • Assess contractor's performance
  • Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Degree in Building/ Quantity Surveying / Structural & Civil Engineering / Building Management & Maintenance  / Electrical Engineering /  Construction Management
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in maintenance contract
  • Possess leadership attributes
