A fantastic opportunity currently exists for an experienced candidate to join the Governance and Regulatory Affairs team of this leading financial institution on a four month contract engagement, with the possibility of an extension or potentially a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in  a governance, compliance, company secretary or regulatory affairs role within financial services and have strong attention to detail and the ability to work with a broad range of business stakeholders.

You will be involved in board reporting, liaising with regulators, taking minutes and following up stakeholders to ensure they deliver on time.
