The Role:

• Be the principal liaison between the group-level compliance team and business units in driving and overseeing the development of the compliance framework, ensuring the business operates in line with the company’s policies and local regulatory requirements in relation to the industry
• Monitor changes to relevant rules and regulations, provide advice and support on compliance matters to the senior management and operation teams
• Identify compliance risks, perform risks assessments; support and advise on mitigation actions or potential remedial actions
• Take part in promoting compliance and ethics initiatives and provide training regularly
• Maintain the functionality of the internal compliance system and contribute to the preparation of the compliance annual plans and reports

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines
• 8 to 10 years of compliance experience in financial services and/or insurance business
• People management experience is highly preferred
• Able to work in a diverse cultural environment
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
