• Good exposure across M&A / DCM / ECM / Debt Finance  
• Sector focus: Consumer, F&B, Retail, Education, Automotive

   Responsibilities would include: 

• Mainly origination driven vs execution (70% origination, 30% execution)
• Initiating and building network within the above sectors (Consumer, F&B, Retail, Education, Automotive) to identify new potential business opportunities for the bank
• Drive origination initiatives through jointly working with colleagues within product teams on the origination and execution of a wide range of advisory, financing and hedging solutions
• Provide industry expertise to support senior members in origination and execution of corporate finance, corporate & investment banking, structured financing and other mandates
• Coordinating the preparation of pitchbooks, proposals and presentations – analyst support is given  
• Good stakeholder management and liaise with different teams i.e work with country level relationship managers, clients, consultants, legal counsels, product teams
• Keeping in the loop of all sector trends, market knowledge and industry developments

Profile of Ideal Candidate: 

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Debt / Corporate Financing, Structured / Leverage Finance, Sector Coverage, Strategic Advisory, Capital Markets
• You have a profound understanding and in-depth knowledge of the sectors above
• Bachelor’s Degree  
• Strong business development skills with broad market knowledge, client network and presence
• Team Player
• Strong work ethics and excellent attitude, independent and can perform without much supervision 
• Analytical and numerate with basic accounting and finance knowledge
• Strong problem solving skills
• Familiarity with the various financial, industry and market databases (Bloomberg, Factset, Mergermarket, Telegeography etc.)
