• Immediate Start

Immediate start for someone with broad HR generalist experience to fill a 3 month temporary position, based in the Northern Suburbs.  

Your key responsibilities will include:

• End to end IR case management
• Providing advice on legislation and policy
• Position Description/Evaluation
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates and conducting interviews 
• Develop and oversee new hires, onboarding and the employee termination process
• Conduct effective HR practices including but not limited to staffing, employee relations, performance management, and other related activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
• Supporting and advising Managers in the development of initiatives to address the outcomes of employee engagement pulse survey 
• Guiding and facilitating change management processes in accordance with documented policy and procedure,
• Coaching Managers in performance improvement and investigation of disciplinary
  matters
• Working together with the Learning and Development Partner to ensure the effective
  delivering of training, programmes/workshops

What you will bring to the role:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
• Min 5 years' Human Resources experience
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, time management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a strong attention to detail
• A team player with the ability to work well under pressure and work effectively with all key stakeholders
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, ER, and best practices
