Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time
Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
Obtain output information for ongoing jobs in the workshop (number of finished activities, number of defective parts, etc.)
Prepare and submit status spreadsheets for ongoing jobs
Keep paperwork organized
Collaborate with Workshop and Supply Chain regarding workflow of ongoing activities
Create Routers with Engineering input
Create Move Tickets for any outgoing equipment
Plan, Organize, and track parts and material at 3rd party vendors

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as production planner
Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles
SAP experience
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities
High school diploma, further education or certification is preferred
