Experience in curriculum planning, development, and training in early childhood

Responsibilities

To design, develop and implement preschool education resources and interventions to support children’s development.
Understand the training needs of preschool staff at different levels; and design, develop and implement internal training programmes on interventions developed.
Evaluate the training needs of preschool parents to support their children’s development; and design, develop and implement interventions.
Monitor the intervention implementation process and exercise control quality.
To establish partnerships and manage internal/external stakeholders in various collaborations and projects.
To support and contribute to strategy/policy formulation and continuous refinement.
To initiate, plan, execute, monitor and control projects that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

Degree or Master degree qualifications on early childhood development and/or education.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in curriculum planning, development, and training in early childhood
Experience working in childcare centres, kindergartens, primary schools and/or student care centres will be advantageous.
ACTA/ ACLP certification(s) will be advantageous.
A passion and love for developing young children.
Team player with good interpersonal, communications and writing skills.
Meticulous in implementation.
Analytical and adaptive to continuous changes.
Able to function independently with minimum support resources.
